About Us
In 1999 the first
office of Regalon Estate Agency opened in
the South East of London. As an independent estate agent we sell, rent
and manage properties in areas such as Camberwell, Peckham, East Dulwich,
Brockley, Lewisham and other parts of London.
We at Regalon are aware that the client is King. As such we have engaged
well-trained and highly professional staff who have several years of
experience in the property industry to ensure total client satisfaction.
It was
a trip to South Africa that gave Samuel Antwi the founder of Regalon
the idea to sell houses in Africa to people in the UK. At first it was
not so easy but finally he chose to target Ghana, his native country.
In a real need to expand his operations to a larger part of the Ghanaian
community he organised major housing exhibitions in London during 2001,
2002 and 2003.

And so, in March 2005 the Ghana office was opened in the heart of Accra
in Ringway Estate Osu by the Hon Kwamena Bartels, Minister for Private
Sector Development. The aim once again is to provide services to landlords,
potential tenants, purchasers and vendors. In a few years Regalon
Estate Agency has emerged as the main agent for most of
reputable developers in Ghana. Moreover most people have recognised
us as the best and most professional estate agency of the country.
In fact Regalon' second office has responded to the call of the Ghanaians
community by offering them to own a home at home.
This simply means if you need to sell or buy, rent or let
a property we are here to accommodate you.
